We are Alaska Salmon trollers, catching wild Salmon one at a time with hook and line. It is a traditional, sustainable way of fishing that treats every fish with care. First we catch the fish, secondly we clean and pressure bleed it, and ice right away to lock that fresh, ocean flavor. It’s honest work done by hand, out on the open sea and you can taste the difference.

Hello! Welcome to our Wild adventure. We are Jay Evans, Thais Taylor and Sounder and together we fish on the F/V Mustang, a 48’ steel boat. Our homeport is Sitka, Alaska, but during the summer time you can find us fishing longs days off the coast of South East Alaska.
We are two dedicated fishermen driven by a shared passion for the ocean, adventure, and honest work. As advocates for sustainable fishing, we take pride in harvesting wild Salmon responsibly and with deep respect for our environment.
Our mission is to provide premium, sustainably caught wild Salmon to our communities and beyond. We believe food should nourish both people and the planet, bridging the gap between health, sustainability, and the simple joy of good, honest food.

Coho Salmon Box Mild flavor, bright red flesh and firm texture make it widely popular among fish connoisseurs. Their size and excellent color retention make them particularly amenable to both freezing and smoking.
Coho salmon portions come flash frozen and vacuum sealed and are approximately 1 lb each depending on the natural variation of the fish and the cut.
Coho salmon portions average around 6 ounces each and come individually vacuum sealed.
A 5-pound box typically contains 12 to 15 portions, depending on natural variation.
A 10- pound box typically contains 26-30 portions, depending on natural variation.
A 20- pound box typically contains 52-60 portions, depending on natural variation.
A 50- pound box typically contains 100-120 portions, depending on natural variation.
A 100 pound box typically contains 200-240 portions, depending on natural variation.
Please note:
• Portion sizes range between 5 and 7 ounces.
•Cuts include a mix of center, tail, and upper fillet sections
• We do our best to evenly distribute different cuts in each box
• For best results, cook pieces of similar shape and thickness. Tail pieces are thinner and will cook faster than center cuts.

Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon Fillets – Skin-On, Pin-Bone Out (2 to 2 1/4 lbs)
Indulge in the vibrant color and rich, buttery flavor of our Wild-Caught Alaskan Coho Salmon. Full-side fillets, individually vacuum sealed and frozen. Each fillet ranges from 2 to 2 1/4 pounds, comes skin-on for perfect crisping, and is pin-bone out for easy preparation.
Wild-caught in the pristine waters of Alaska, this premium Coho salmon fillet offers rich flavor, firm texture, and vibrant orange-red color. These are a favorite for hosting gatherings or large families. Perfect for grilling, baking, or smoking, it delivers a clean, buttery taste with just the right balance of natural oils.

• Fillet sizes range between 2 and 2 1/4 pounds
• Full-side fillets include center, tail, and upper sections
• Thinner tail sections will cook faster than the thicker center and upper portions, so cook similar thicknesses together when possible
